Jan 2009: Swiss franc (CHF) orders on the IB store
Due to a change in IB policy we will not be accepting Swiss franc (CHF) orders on the IB store from 31 August 2008 onwards. We will be keeping our Swiss franc bank account open until 31 December 2008 which will enable any orders placed up until this time to be paid. After 31 December, however, we will be unable to accept any payments in Swiss francs.
From 01 September 2008 you will only be able to place orders in Pounds sterling (GBP) and US dollars (USD). Please amend your systems to ensure that any orders placed via the IB store from 01 September 2008 onwards are placed in Pound sterling or US dollar.
To ensure that your account balance is zero at the end of the year we would be very grateful if you could clear any Swiss franc bills owed before this time or use up any credit amounts stated in Swiss franc.
